Ms. Catie McLaughlin passed the California Bar Exam in 2014 and has practiced exclusively in the field of workers’ compensation. Catie represents employers, insurance carriers, and third party administrators in workers’ compensation claims and related matters.

Education

Catie graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Long Beach, where she majored in Political Science. Catie was a President’s Honors List and Golden Key Honor Society honoree. During university, Catie interned for State Assembly Member, Mr. Tony Mendoza, representing the 56th District. Catie earned her law degree from San Joaquin College of Law in 2014. During law school, she was a Hopper Moot Court finalist and graduated with high honors. Catie received the prestigious Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Torts, Civil Procedure, and Business Organizations. She was awarded “The Spirit of San Joaquin College of Law” scholarship in 2014. Catie was also a Student Bar Association Class Representative, member of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, and teaching assistant.
