Menka Kuver is a dedicated and experienced Workers’ Compensation defense attorney. She has been representing employers, insurance companies, self-insureds, and third-party administrators throughout California since 2004.
Menka grew up in Fiji, where her father also practiced as a lawyer and politician. Though she always envisioned a career in law and participated in numerous debate competitions in her early years, Menka initially pursued a degree in Journalism in Melbourne, Australia. Ultimately, her calling led her back to the legal field, where she continues to use her sharp communication skills to effectively represent clients in the defense of workers’ compensation matters.

Personal Note
I continue to believe that a closed file is the best file. I pride myself in being a great negotiator, while also maintaining positive relationships to facilitate the best result for my clients.
When I am not working, I love exploring new restaurants around San Francisco—we call it our “restaurant adventures!” The Bay Area is full of talented chefs and diverse dining spots that make the most of California’s seasonal fresh produce, so there is always something exciting to try. I also enjoy my dawn or dusk runs – it gives me just the boost I need to clear my head and get ready for what comes next.
