Cassandra Kaur

Prior to joining Mullen & Filippi, Ms. Kaur practiced at several large workers’ compensation law firms, where she handled matters throughout the state and appeared before nearly every WCAB board in California. Ms. Kaur managed cases from direct referral and intake through trial. She has conducted hundreds of walk-throughs for settlement approval and has experience with more nuanced areas of workers’ compensation, including subrogation matters. Drawing on her background in criminal prosecution and civil litigation, she aggressively advances files on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators.
