Christina Saldivar

Christina is a Hearing Representative in Mullen & Filippi’s Fresno office. With nearly 20 years of experience in workers’ compensation law, Christina has built an extensive background supporting attorneys on both the applicant and defense sides of practice. She began her career in 2004 assisting applicant attorneys with workers’ compensation matters, where she handled new client intake, case status updates, correspondence drafting, file review, and coordination with insurance companies and opposing counsel. In 2009, Christina transitioned to the defense side, serving in roles including Legal Secretary and Support Services Supervisor, and in 2013 she obtained her Paralegal Certificate and began working as a paralegal. Over the years, she has developed substantial experience as both a Paralegal and Hearing Representative, providing comprehensive support throughout all stages of workers’ compensation litigation.
