Career Basics
Susana began her career in the workers’ compensation field as a paralegal in 2013, working closely with employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. After being admitted to the State Bar of California in 2023, she transitioned into the practice of law and has since handled all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.
Education
Susana earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Evangelical University of El Salvador. She later received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in U.S. Legal Studies from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2022. After passing the California Bar Examination in 2022, she was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2023.

Susana was born and raised in El Salvador, where she began her legal career before relocating to California. Outside of the office, Susana enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new destinations through travel.
