Ann Guevara joined Mullen & Filippi as an Associate Attorney in 2026, with over 10 years of experience as an attorney. Handling employment litigation matters, then supporting labor and employment matters in highly regulated, mission-driven environments. She currently represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims and related matters.

Education

Ann graduated from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2004. Since graduation from law school, she has worked in the legal field predominantly as an Employment Litigator, then later handling matters in house. Ann received her Bachelor of Arts in English, from the University of California, Berkeley.

Personal Note

Outside of her practice, Anne enjoys traveling. Although she appreciates exploring new places, as a lifelong Californian, California remains her favorite place to spend time with family and friends.
