Career Basics
In October 2014, Suzanne Aboujudom became an Associate Partner at Mullen & Filippi’s Oakland office. Suzanne has practiced law in the area of workers’ compensation since 2009 when she was hired at the Firm. She represents employers, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers with respect to workers’ compensation claims and related matters. Suzanne also represents public agencies in handling safety officer claims, as well as employers with respect to allegations of serious and willful misconduct and unlawful discrimination pursuant to Labor Code Section 132(a). Suzanne has served on the Diablo Valley Claims Association as a board officer and is a member of the State Bar of California, Workers’ Compensation section.
Education
Suzanne graduated cum laude in 2004, earning her B.S. degree from Santa Clara University, with a double major in Psychology and Political Science. She graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2007, where she was active in Moot Court. She was admitted into the California Bar in 2008.

Suzanne is a member of the California State Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
Personal Note
The most important lesson I’ve learned in my career is that communication is key.
