Career Basics
Ann joined the Mullen & Filippi team in 2026. She has been practicing workers’ compensation law since 2024. Prior to joining Mullen & Filippi, Ann worked as an Associate Attorney representing applicants in workers’ compensation matters. She successfully argued case law involving panel disputes that resulted in a published decision and established precedent. She now draws on her experience repesenting applicants to help ensure the best possible outcomes for employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators.
Education
Ann earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, in 2016, graduating with honors. She received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in 2021. While attending law school, she was a member of the Women’s Association, Armenian Law Students Association, Latino Law Students Association, and served as Vice President of the Animal Legal Defense Fund.

Personal Note
Throughout her career, Ann has learned that there is always something new to learn and that every experience provides an opportunity for growth.
Ann grew up as a professional Latin Ballroom dancer and continues to be involved in the dance community whenever possible. Her years of dance have instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, performance, and dedication; qualities she carries into her work today. In her free time, Ann enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dancing, and watching movies. When time allows, she also enjoys traveling the world, exploring new destinations, and experiencing different cultures.
