Anysia Sypnicki began her career in workers’ compensation in 2009 at a small applicant’s attorney practice, assisting injured workers with developing their claims from start to finish. She discovered she had an interest and drive to expand her education and experience in law, and ultimately earned her Paralegal Certification, graduating with honors from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies, Houston, Texas. Thereafter, Anysia endeavored to gain further knowledge and experience in the ever-evolving workers’ compensation field and began working with a large defense firm in early 2021. She added lien litigation and hearing representation to her skill set, and ultimately began employment with Mullen & Filippi in 2024.

Personal Note
I have always been drawn to the practice of law, not only for the appreciation of the craft and skill required to apply and execute a well-planned case strategy, but also the dedication and compassion required to assist people, on both sides of a legal matter.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling to new places and I make it a goal every year to try to check off at least one new destination from my “bucket list”. Locally, I love exploring the neighboring Sierra Nevada mountains, off-roading, fishing, hiking, and camping with my dachshund, Willow.
