Brayden Bui is an Associate Attorney in Mullen & Filippi’s Santa Rosa office. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in the Bay Area handling a wide range of employment and wage-and-hour matters, including claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, meal and rest break violations, wage-and-hour class actions, and PAGA representative actions.

Education

Before attending law school, Brayden earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a Minor in Philosophy from University of California, Davis. Thereafter, Brayden earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.

Personal Note

My favorite thing about being a defense attorney is being able to argue a position that my clients and I believe in and winning on its merits.

In my personal time, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking and barbequing, spending time with my family and watching sports. My favorite soccer team is the Arsenal F.C.
