Career Basics
Brooke Moller has practiced workers’ compensation law for the defense since she began her legal career in 2009. She represents employers, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers with respect to workers’ compensation claims and related matters. Brooke also represents employers with respect to allegations of serious and willful misconduct and unlawful discrimination pursuant to Labor Code § 132(a).
Education
Brooke attended University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in May of 2008. She earned a bachelors degree in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2003. During law school, Brooke took part in the Salzburg Summer Program taught by US Supreme Court Justice and former McGeorge professor Anthony Kennedy. She also spent her final semester of law school in Tokyo, participating in Temple Law University’s semester abroad program. Brooke was admitted to practice in California in January of 2009.
Professional Membership
Brooke is a member of the California State Bar, admitted to practice in California in January of 2009. She is a certified specialist in workers’ compensation. She is the chair of the Education Committee for the Diablo Valley Industrial Claims Association and has been on the DVICA Board since 2015.
Personal Note
One of my greatest inspirations has been our country’s Supreme Court and its justices.
In my spare time, I enjoy being outside – snowboarding in Tahoe, walking the dog on the beach, or exploring another country.
