Cathleen Rivera joined the Santa Rosa office of Mullen & Filippi in 2024. She has a background in civil litigation defense work and experience in defense for workers’ compensation claims in Northern California.

Education

Cathleen earned her JD from Santa Clara University. She was also awarded a specialized certificate in Social Justice and Public Interest Law. Upon graduation, she was recognized for her pro bono work earning a Silver Pro Bono acknowledgment award. Further, she served on the executive board of the Employment and Labor Law Society.
