Career Basics

Jennifer Carver joined Mullen & Filippi as Associate Attorney in 2023. Before passing the bar, she assisted attorneys in areas of collections, bankruptcy, and copyright law. Jennifer has also worked as a loan processor.

Education

Jennifer graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2021. In 2017, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology – Math Emphasis from University of California, Davis where she graduated magna cum laude and achieved the Dean’s Honor List.

Personal Note

I was drawn to practice law from an early age. My dad and I would argue different points for fun and this taught me the art of thinking about issues from all angles. I am passionate about advocating for my clients.

On a personal note, in my free time, I enjoy traveling and reading. I have recently received certification for scuba diving and have been able to take advantage of that and scuba dive in Florida and Hawaii. In the winter, I enjoy snowboarding. I also enjoy just being at home with my husband and my dogs.

Mullen & Filippi was founded in 1949 to provide counsel to employers, carriers, and third-party administrators in defense of Workers’ Compensation matters.
