Julieann Lopez began in workers’ compensation in 2010 as a lien representative, moving to an applicant firm as an assistant and later, a paralegal. She then moved to a Workers’ Compensation defense firm in April 2015, becoming an advanced rater and hearing representative, later honing her skills as an expert in lien litigation.
Education
Julieann was raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles. She moved to Central California and attended University of California, Berkeley through their University Extension in Fresno, receiving her certificate in Paralegal Studies in 2012.
Professional Membership
Julieann is the current Acting President and Treasurer of Fresno Industrial Claims Association (FICA), and has been a member of FICA since 2015.

I always wanted to be an attorney but have loved the freedom being a paralegal and hearing representative has given me. Workers’ compensation has made it possible to utilize my skills of persuasion and sharp eye for detail to make me one of the best in my field.
