Mesha Phillips was hired as an Associate Attorney in 2022 and currently represents employers, third party administrators, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. Prior to workers’ compensation law, Mesha practiced as a family law legal aid attorney at a non-profit in San Francisco, CA. She provided free legal representation for individuals and families who could not afford to hire an attorney.
Mesha received her law degree from the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 2018. In 2006, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley where she graduated with High Honors.
If I wasn’t an attorney, I’d strive to be a professional golfer. Indeed, it would be a frustrating career journey, as I am not very good at golf. However, most of my free time is spent playing the game. Golf truly is a practice in mindfulness. Author Dr. Joseph Parent agrees; I am currently reading his book “Zen Golf; A Practice in Mastering the Mental Game of Golf”. Highly recommend the read.
