Michael Ferguson is a veteran workers’ compensation attorney. He has practiced for 18 years and personally appeared at 20 of the 24 WCAB jurisdictions statewide. His record includes many “take nothing” victories for defense, lien eradications or reductions, and significant contribution recoveries.

Education

Michael received his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, a Master’s Degree from University of the Pacific, and his Bachelor’s degree from Westmont College. He is a United States Army veteran. He has taught multiple classes to claims’ professionals, and was a keynote speaker for the California Self Insurance Association Conference.
