Career Basics

Michael Braun joined the Los Angeles office of Mullen & Filippi in 2016. He is a proud member of the Firm, who came to us from another well regarded firm and has a proven record of results in his workers’ compensation litigation practice. Michael is a solid, aggressive representative of his client employers, insurers, TPA’s, and CIGA, and he welcomes the opportunity to work with his clients on the most complex of issues, regarding all matters before the WCAB.

Education

Michael Braun graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus, and moved to the San Fernando Valley to work as a law clerk in an Encino medical malpractice firm. He went on to obtain a Juris Doctor from University of New Hampshire School of Law, in May 2011. After completing law school, Michael passed both the Massachusetts and California Bar on the first attempt. Based on his physical sciences undergraduate background, and UCLA graduate Department of Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology education, Michael is patent bar eligible, and he currently regularly enjoys deploying his medical and scientific expertise for the benefit of his clients.

Michael is a member of the California and Massachusetts Bar Associations.
