Personal Note
I was fortunate to be introduced to the practice of law at a very young age. That introduction turned into a passion – not many individuals can say they enjoy what they do. My years of practice have provided me with many opportunities to raise my skill level. There have been multiple accomplishments along the journey of becoming a Senior Partner. Professionally, my greatest accomplishment was having the opportunity to present oral argument in both the 3rd and 5th District Court of Appeals resulting in significant decisions for our clients. I am grateful for the position I have at Mullen & Filippi and for the individuals I work with and for. I have never regretted my decision to work at Mullen & Filippi. It is the job we all dream about while in law school.
My life outside of work is quite multi-faceted. Our family spends a great deal of “free time” volunteering within our community. Our focus at this time is helping those who are homeless and those who are victims of violent crimes. Our family unfortunately has experience with violence but we choose to give hope to those currently being afflicted. Our family also practices martial arts. I reached the level of a green belt in Taekwondo and love the ability to spar with others. I enjoy traveling with my family and providing our children with new experiences. I am a native of Stockton and absolutely love living in Stockton with the diverse community and all it has to offer.
